At Night Sweet Thing, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to styling your perfect wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
